Position Summary
The incumbent is to manage and coordinate our school level interventions on sports to improve retention and learning outcomes of children in Giridih district.
Responsibilities
- To anchor the Project, manage the team, and ensure the smooth execution of all program activities in accordance with the timeline.---- Reporting and Documentation will be the priority– and good-quality of reports are produced monthly or on a need basis, Knowledge in PowerPoint, excel etc. Create a Monitoring mechanism– so that daily activities are planned and quality is ensured. Managing programs in a multi-stakeholder environment, timely liaising with Government officials as well as Departments. Regular Monitoring of all field related activities. Monitoring and support the filed coordinators in implementation of the project. (The scope of the role extends beyond the aforementioned responsibilities, encompassing the potential inclusion of additional duties following the evolving requirements and modifications to the program.
Qualification
Education Qualification: Preferred-- Masters/Bachelor in Physical Education Essential Master Degree in any discipline Work Experience:-- 3-5 years of work experience in the social development sector/Educational institute/Pvt ltd./others Prior or current involvement in any facet of sports, be it through active participation, coaching, or management, would be considered an added advantage. Mindset:-- Ability to Solve problems- empathically, creatively, and strategically. Regular Planning & Evaluation within and with the team
Salary
Rs. 22000 per month plus 1500 towards travel reimbursement

Responsibilities
The key Role of the Field Coordinator will be–- To plan and manage regular school visits and community visits.------ To lead programatic interventions in-school with Students, Nodal/PE Teachers, Headmasters, Parents and members of school management committee/parents teacher meetings. To lead key interventions of the project like- Swasth school (Student Assessment, Khel Mela (Intra school), Khel Utsav (Inter school) To record and manage school and students data To lead and organize interventions in community- Community meetings, Community survey, Summer camps, need basis in-person meetings with parents and community leaders, Volunteer generation To join and conduct fellow teammates for periodic joint school visit To support, manage and facilitate training programs with teachers, volunteers etc. Document change stories and represent program and impact at various platforms like Block/District office, Donor visit, trainings, etc… (The scope of the role extends beyond the aforementioned responsibilities, encompassing the potential inclusion of additional duties following the evolving requirements and modifications to the program.)
Qualification
